That Porridge remake was absolute pig swill. Saw the last few minutes of AYBS and that looked even worse.

Mrs Browns boys Miranda and Citizen Khan are absolutely awful so I guess they are trying everything, but you cannot replicate the past .

Watched the first bit wondering what the point of it was.
Mrs Slocombe talking about Jimmy Connors' balls was about enough for me to call it quits.
I understand the Porridge was updated to the modern day and Fletcher's grandson. Probably a positive thing for the BBC to have lots of black & Muslim characters in the cast playing the prisoners. They DID make it realistic didn't they?
